Do not use the ford Motherwell branch the service is diabolical, the take your vehicle in try and fix it , do t tell you it’s not fixed , then say it’s fixed then it’s not fixed , they witness it’s not fixed then take 338 pounds out you then say being it back on Monday and we will look at it again???
Then don’t wash it twice and say bring it back next week and we will wash it ???
Absolute joke .
Then told you shouldn’t have bought the vehicle as it doesn’t suit your needs , who do they think they are ?
Then also told you, we don’t usually take commercial vehicle in as we only look at cars ??
So if you want to waste money and time go here if not go somewhere that will give you the service you deserve.

Purchased a suite in October , was delivered February this year and the single seat recliner is not working , I have reported it and they say it could take 12 weeks for part , brand new suite not fit for purpose now , shocking , won’t be buying another from scs , was talked into electric operating as we had manual before . Lost confidence in this suite , told just need wait till the repair company contact me with part !!!

Just been contacted by company surprise surprise and it’s still 12 weeks !!!
Don’t buy an Italian suite as they are not fit for purpose!!!

Still not getting any where told to wait 12 weeks for someone to come and fix it as it’s out with 30 days ???
