No internet for at least 7 days.

I received a text message to say that my contract was coming to an end. So I called up to renew. The agent didn’t mention the price hikes, I asked for confirmation it would be the same price for 24 months, they said yes. This was not true. They lied. So the next day I rang up to cancel the contract due to lack of transparency. The agent said the previous agent should have mentioned that. I cancelled the contract, the agent said I would have internet until the 24th October 2025, giving me 14 days to find a new provider. They cut my internet off at midnight that evening (10th October). I have rang again on the 11th October to the technical services. They said they would call me back at 9am and transfer me to the contract department. They did not call back. So I rang myself. Only to find out they can’t reactivate my internet even though they cancelled it 14 days EARLY. They said it would take 5-7 working days to get it back. Leaving me without internet for 7 days if not longer including weekends. I work from home and so can’t work, I also am recovering from an op so can’t even go out and try buy a new package from a shop. I also found out none of these changes should of been able to be authorised as I am not the main account holder so they have lied twice and went against they’re own policy.

Broken items. No responses!

I had waited over 6 months for two items to come back in stock. Ordered them, when they arrived one bracelet has 3/4 gemstones fallen out of the bracelet. And the other bracelet one gemstone was significantly smaller than all others and does not even touch the frame and so will fall out. I have sent pictures and the customer service agents, three of them have been no help. Copy and pasting responses and not actually reading my emails. £140 done the drain and I’m now going to have to dispute with my bank. Terrible service. I tried to solve it with them but they don’t care.

UPDATE: they sent a replacement, but only for one bracelet, even though both were faulty and I emailed several times to confirm they would send a replacement for both. David, Chloe, Jaymie and Kishon. Not one person could get it correct. Oh and the replacement they sent ALSO HAS TWO STONES MISSING FROM IT. Avoid at all costs.

Just opened a policy today

Just opened a policy today, I’m new to photography and therefore new to the insurance side of it all. Kieran could not of been more helpful! Really lovely lad and had patience and understanding with me!

Leaking food and lack of customer service.

I have used them for two months now. The first box leaked. I have had two leak since then. Last week I decided to pause my subscription for one week as I was away. Doing so changed my delivery day which was not what I wanted nor was I informed. When it came to receiving this food I was told it would arrive 05/09 but on DPD they did not have my parcel of food. When I contacted preppedpots they told me my food had been disposed off. I had to email to find that out, no one told me but they did take my money however. So if I hadn’t emailed I would have been expecting food which would have never arrived, and be £45 down. When I explained this their answer was to send me a fresh box on the 08/09, so their answer was for me to pay full price to receive my food 4 days late, not a solution. Also my next delivery would be the 11th. So I would have a weeks worth of food that I’d have to eat within 4 days before another week of food arrived (what a solution). So now I have to wait for a refund, and I am without food for the week. Honestly avoid them. The service is rubbish and their “solutions” are laughable.

When a disposal occurs, unfortunately, we are only notified when the customer contact us. There isn't a way we can find out if if every parcel has been delivered successfully. Your order has been shipped by Prepped Pots, hence why the money was taken.

I have never known a more easy company…

I have never known a more easy company to use; period. The interface is easy and fun, you get free spins to win credit with meter readings, the prices are cheaper than a lot and they’re helping make the planet more green! If you’re not with octopus then seriously think about it! Takes seconds to do most things like switching tariffs and such! Keep doing what you’re doing octopus!
