Encouraging start, ordered acknowledged Tuesday, despatch advice Wednesday with tracking details.
Tracking showing not yet received. A week later still no sign of goods, no updates on Evri tracking which still shows that they have not received the goods.
Three emails sent to JC Electric requesting information and nothing heard back.
The only phone number is a Pemium charge number.

Full refund due to goods being lost in transit.

Click and collect, one order, two items shipped separately to the store. Two couriers , delivered different days, both couriers advised when parcels delivered to the store. No communication received from the store for either parcel and I decided to call in and ask for the items.
Staff struggled to find parcels, collected one and returned the following day for the second item, staff still struggled to find the item but I eventually left with my new boots.
I had tried the boots on before leaving and was then challenged at the till for payment although I had already paid. Eventually sorted by showing my phone etc.
Staff were polite and pleasant but it was not a reassuring experience.
Click and Collect process needs to sorted as it's chaotic at the moment.
