Very poor delivery experience. They give a tracking number that is internal. When you press on the tracking button it leads you to the Royal Mail website which does not recognise the number given.

Its the second phone I buy through Back Market, and the devices they sell are good quality and as promised in the website.
However they charge you £10 for an early delivery - within two days after the day of the purchase, but it ends up being delivered at the end of the second day. The standard delivery is within two days from the day after the delivery - which made little or no difference in time, considering the £10 difference I paid.
