Bad Service, Bad Company
Ordered almost one month ago, delayed, delayed and then they sent me an email saying my click and collect was ready. I went to pick it up - email was sent in error, they could not understand why nor could they explain further about the delay. In-person perhaps is fine, but DONT ORDER ONLINE

Still waiting
I placed my order at 13:30 but it was not dispatched until after 4, and I have been waiting on DPD since then. It is disappointing as I was expecting Same Day Dispatch/Next Day delivery, yet here I am over a week later. Their staff on the phone are very polite and apologetic, it is just a bit frustrating.

We sincerely apologise for the delay. Unfortunately dpd are struggling within the galway area due to an issue in there local depot and black Friday online sales has increased pacel volumes. They assure us this is a very short term issue and will be resolved quickly.
