The guys was hurrying up and the heavy shower tray was left in the middle of my lounge. I wanted to ask them to push a bit on the side so its not a hazard but the other guy was out of the door already. The tray was heavy. No conversation at all. Anyway.

Scammers!! Dont sign up! Blocked it at all cost
I signed up thinking I can contact the landlord directly but renthero only takes you to the estate agents which is free.

They answer the phone swiftly, very helpful and respectful call handlers. There is always someone to talk although it took some time to resolve my issues and received 2 different information but i followed it up daily and had it resolved (change/correction of name).

I will give zero if it was an option. I missed the driver by a thread because I have covid and really ill. They have very rigid and inconsiderate procedures. They refused to have my item re delivered but they can drop it to a local shop or resend it back to the sender!!! What a disgusting way to treat people especially in times like this. It was a Christmas present but because they refused for it to be redelivered which is really not making sense at all since they can drop it somewhere. The one thing that can make this isolation period a little bit brighter is to give presents but of course now that is out of the window. Total idiotic mentality.

Very helpful and efficient!!my kids missed their day 2 test morning appointment and I called the centre. She (so sorry name went off my head) was very helpful and understanding rebooked the appointment in the afternoon and all sorted! I say 5 star service!!
