My order was taken and the money taken. Received one item then got an email to say the other item was not able to fulfilled due to lack of stock. Still waiting for for a refund.

Excellent quality items. Good delivery but slower than expected.

2 different colour trainers in box

My order was accepted, money taken from account, days later order was cancelled and then several days for money to be refunded. Not a great experience!

The fact that we missed the delivering and they came back the next day as promised

Absolutely appalling service from DPD.

I paid specifically for next-day delivery, which was due on Friday. DPD then changed the delivery to Saturday, then to Sunday, and I have now been informed that apparently it will be delivered tomorrow instead.

Because the parcel cannot be left in a safe place, I have had to make sure I was available for each supposed delivery day. That is now three days of my time wasted waiting for a parcel that I paid extra to have delivered the next day — and it still hasn’t arrived.

If you take payment for a next-day delivery service, you should either provide that service or, at the very least, communicate properly when you fail to do so. Continually moving the delivery date from one day to the next and expecting the customer to keep rearranging their time is completely unacceptable.

I will also be requesting a refund of the additional next-day delivery charge, as the service I paid for quite clearly was not provided.

Very poor service and an extremely frustrating experience. Still no order. Cannot contact office either

Paid next day delivery and they couldn't honour it after they took payment.

Package arrived battered and crushed. Shoes are not the colour they look on pictures and I was quite disappointed overall.
