I Had a problem with the hot leaking air. I couldn't believe how helpful shantay and the staff were . I had only sent the email & within the hour shantay was on the phone to help sort out the issue.
I would definitely recommend to family and friends and will definitely be purchasing again in the future.

No thanks to your offer to get In touch with your online member, as it was the same members that brushed me off the last time I spoke to raise my concerns about the delivery not arriving on the scheduled date of the 8th. I'll just wash my hands of your company.

Ordered my mother's day card , was told it arrive by 8th of march and received it the 14th.
Never again will I use this company. When I got in touch with the online staff
They were useless, kept telling me it would arrive that day by post even after me telling them the post already arrived. They just didn't want to know and left the chat whilst i was still typing. Don't rely on this company or you could be left very embarrassed like I was
