Staff were fast in responding to concerns about recycling used toner cartridges and promptly shipped the items in short order. A very satisfying experience!

Just started using CarHireExcess so I can't report on claims (and hope I never have to!) but the salesperson really helped with my question about coverage. I occasionally rent a car from GoCar and asked if the policy covers this type of rental. The salesperson checked to make sure and, yes, the rentals are covered! I was very happy to hear this and signed up for annual coverage right away. Thank you CarHireExcess!!

Needed to avail of a notary to complete a document and, in the time of COVID, this was presenting a challenge. There are a few hoops to jump through in establishing proper ID but nothing more than what would be expected to make the process 100% truthful. The notary person was very helpful and gave clear instructions to completing the process. If you have to have something notarized, this is the way to go!

Kennys may be an excellent bookstore but as an online service they are woefully inadequate. Having ordered an item I thought to be a book actually turned out to be an audio CD due to lack of description on the order page. I returned the item via An Post tracking and waited for either an acknowledgement of receipt or refund. After three weeks I sent a query with the tracking number and they issued a refund for the item stating their online service was overwhelmed and backlogged. It made me wonder that if there wasn't a tracking number would a refund ever been forthcoming. Kennys didn't refund my return expenses even though their website descriptions are inadequate. When this was brought to their attention they said they would pass the suggestion to improve descriptions to their IT department. Kennys online may be a work in progress but as an internet service it doesn't even pass the lowest bar of adequacy. Stick to the bookshop.

I live in a city, don't have a car and so do a lot of walking. Having proper walking shoes is a must. I bought my first pair of Ecco shoes 4 years in a charity shop. They were very comfortable and I found myself wearing them more and more. Not only were they indestructible but they fit perfectly. There are a few Ecco shops where I live so I started keeping my eye out for sales and now own 8 pairs. 😎 All of them are a perfect fit, outrageously comfortable and really stand up to the challenge of a mile or two every day on city streets.
But the best part is that my size (40) is ALWAYS consistent no matter what style I am wearing. For that reason I can buy them easily on line and never worry about having to return them.
