I literally ordered my Key Collagen at 11am yesterday, by 10.30am today I had the order! Tastes great, I'm hoping it's as good as the reviews - have been doing really well with the collagen I've been on but decided to try Key as it's a great price - I'm impressed with the speed of their delivery!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! If I could give this company no stars I would! Jumpsuit arrived, absolutely shocking it's so bad, it's a rag, nothing like the picture. I emailed them and asked them for a returns form, they responded offering a 10% refund and to keep the item, I refused, I don't want it, I wouldn't wash my floor with it. I have since emailed them 3 times with no response, then I noticed they took another payment out of my Paypal! I have opened a complaint with Paypal, this company should not be allowed to trade, absolutely disgraceful and zero customer service! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

So I bought a "hoover" hoover, meant for animal hairs.. I had it 8 months and just had enough... It did take a while to change but staff and manager were great, very helpful.. BTW get the Samsung hoover 😁

Booked tickets for Tommy Tiernan, when restrictions were lifted I was looking to upgrade my tickets. Was dealing with Paul Lawrence in customer care, very prompt in responding and advising me, had new tickets purchased, old tickets cancelled and refund arranged within half an hour! Thanks Paul for great service!

Super, super service! I ordered Leinster Jersey on Saturday afternoon... It was delivered Monday morning, couldn't ask for more!

Superb service! I needed to return items and was having issues with the returns labels. Was expecting a delay in response but a lady called Corrie responded super quick and resolved my issue super fast. Cannot recommend Pretty Little Thing enough, for their superb, varied website and their fabulous customer service! Thank you!
