I had to pick a star to leave a review but it deserves nothing!
Picked intense grey to dye my white towels since they were already grey! I can't even describe what came out. Some are grey, yes but with splashes of navy and dark pink! Basically what i thought would give my towels a bit of extra life turned them into something that I would on use for my dog, too bad we don't have one! Never again!
It's not even proper grey it's more like a dirty blue! Oh well .. New towels it is!

UPDATE:
So after a lot of emails and opening tickets I finally got a hold of Customer service.
Everything was sorted within a few days. I had three transactions
1.- One was due to technical difficulties
2.- The other two required me to give more documents and prove to them that it was me buying the BTC. Once you Get the Pictures to their satisfaction everything went smoothly and got all the three transactions sorted.
Thank you because I really thought I had fall into scammers but no BANXA is fine and ok with the transactions.
If necessary use Twitter to contact them, I feel that helped loads.
And check your spam folder as some emails migt land there......!

Transaction on hold due to technical "difficulties" no other explanation given.
Two other transactions"processing" due to ID verification which I understand but at least keep customers updated with process of every transaction.
I had never experienced a problem with Banxa and the past 18 hours have been a bag full of uncertainty and stress.
I really believe the company is freezing transactions due to the crypto dropping.
If you can't keep up with transactions just reverse (refund) the transactions and apologize to your customers. That way we can get on with our business elsewhere.
Please do something about this ASAP

Revolut for me it has been a life changer it would take me a long time to explain it. But here it is the short version...... I can pay my friends with one click, split a bill or share a vault if we are collecting funds for an event. I can see what my son is spending money on and control his monthly allowance, allowing him to learn. I can buy things online safely and I can know exactly how much money I have in seconds. I can also safe money by opening vaults. I even did the digital version of the "envelope saving money tiktok challenge". I opened a vault and made a deposit every week. Each week had a number from 50- 62, depending on the number I would deposit the amount. I did 12 weeks and I was able to save money for Christmas gifts.
The app is easy to use. The currency converter is handy, being able to buy crypto makes me feel like I am ahead of the game and now the stocks that's one more bonus!
