I have been trying to return product to this company for one week because I have a pacemaker and the delivery of the product took 3 weeks. The company is a cheat and not reliable…. Very disappointing. They are refusing to honor their guarantee…..George Burnett 21933 order ....I request that company accept my return and credit the purchase and I will remove this complaint....

Agent was personal but progessional….helpful and attentive to older citizens

\Product never showed...........it took several calls to get credit as order was cancelled......I do appreciate refund but you lost the order because of mailing issues....very disappointed.....I am a senior who bought product out of AARP magazine......George Burnett

I remain disappointed for this company to have taken 20 days and my order failed to appear. After numbers emails and phone calls I was able to cancel the order but was not credited full cost. The handling and support charge of $11.00 and so dollars was not applied. After a long phone call the amount was supposedly corrected to #27.11 total amount of purchase but no statement was confirmed to me and I was told it would take two months to appear. Not doing business here again.....George

Have waited 2 months for mini glasses. Continued contact with company. Now they have asked me to wait another 25 days. Crazy!
Poor delivery system. Honestly I do not expect delivery. No credit offer until another 25 days. Buy somewhere else!
