1star too much, TDS are a disgrace as they are not fair at all, 6 months on and I’m still repairing damage which cost thousands, it’s a waste of time paying for a check in/out report. My letting agency don’t even use ye anymore as they don’t think tds are fair either, this is my second time reviewing the TDS and as usual they reply with the standard bullshit lines. The labour gobshites and TDS gobshites are the same it’s no wonder landlords are selling up, I used to do all the right things as a good landlord but I now know that’s a waste of time and it’s time to cash in. Good luck to the rental market in the uk as it a total mess.
Ps don’t ask me to edit my review as I’m very clear above about the TDS, the TDS were asked before to do a review of my case which was a waste of time also, this review is for other landlords to be vigilant about the TDS judgement in trying to get back money for damages done by tenants even when substantial proof was given re check in/out reports, receipts , videos, a waste of time

Totally useless, a zero rating is too high for these adjudicators, they are all for tenants and don’t care what damage they do to the property no matter how much information you give them, I couldn’t even make a complaint about them as it’s a long drawn out process, I would never ever use these useless crowd again. Shame on ye

I bought a small dog cage and bedding, it was fine but a little too small but that was my fault I should have looked at measurements more closely. It was simple to put together so now the cat uses it as really too small for dog. I would definitely buy again from pets.ie, by the way the bedding was very comfy, cats love it
