If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Purchase 3 items. The items arrived completely different to the image. I returned the items and have bot received my refund keep on getting fobbed off with excuses like they havent received my tracking number. They've apparently sent the refund then they claim they cant match my bank details with whats on the account to them sending me my refund to They've already sent it. Its all just nonsense lies. I raised a concern with PayPal who closed the case in sellers favour as they claimed they were issuing a refund. Anyway im not taking this matter further. Will never buy from them again.

I'd give them 0 if I could. Ordered a table received 3 sets of legs no table top. Called time and again was promised their specialist delivery team was dealing with order only to receive another set of legs. Your dealing with a set of delinquents at th call centre. When I said they were resending a small package as stated on delivery note and not a 160cm dining table as ordered I was told it would still be the dining table. Obvs I was right.

Spoke with one customer service rep who lied and Said I'd receive the table top it was stuck at an evri delivery depot.

And another rep who was infact very patient and calmly dealt with me.

Would never order from them again. Lucky I had that experience prior to ordering all my living room furniture from them.

Purchased 2 outfits from Bohista. Both arrived sooner than expected, fab communication and beautiful items. Will definitely be ordering again

Delivered a day later than day of requested delivery
