Poor service
The delivery notification I received yesterday clearly said a signature would be required so I arranged my day to be sure I was at home during the indicated delivery time slot.
Despite this your driver posted the parcel through my letterbox, did not ring the door bell or knock on the door and certainly did not get a signature.
I was therefore inconvenienced for no purpose and the vender didn't receive the service they had paid for.
