The worst company for customer service…

The worst company for customer service I have experienced in my entire life. Same as everyone below. Spread the word to boycott this awful group and don’t shop in zara, Massimo dutti, pull and bear, Bershka, Stradivarius.
Everytime you speak to someone from their customer service they have the same sarky rude non apologetic tone that is just not interested with helping you whatsoever. The managers are the same. I have no idea what their training and policies are but I think it must be, deny all fault, the customer is always wrong.
To name just a few issues I have had with zara;

- at the moment I’m currently battling them to issue a new gift card after one that is supposed to have 100 pounds on is saying 0. Haven’t got back to me, haven’t even apologised, have contacted then numerous times
- I returned an order and they miscalculated the return only refunding me for part of the order! I thought nothing of it as it’s happened with other companies who have quickly resolved it and contacted them and they have still not refunded me, claiming the items were not there!
- refusing a top returned because it had a makeup mark on it, which I noticed was there when I got home, and was the reason I was returning it!
- they failed to turn up for a collection, which made my return late, and they then refused the return - leaving me with 100’s of pounds worth of clothes that I wanted to return

With all of these issues they don’t care if you complain, escalate, speak to a manager, nothing. Most companies when they mess up offer some kind of compensation, or at least apologise. Not zara! They just take your money and do not care at all.
