MVG / Handyparken, just like some other reviewers they sent me an invoice in March of 2025, the invoice specified that they would charge my credit card.
A few days ago I tried to use the app again, but I was blocked. Turns out they blocked my account because they claim I did not pay an outstanding invoice. They had already handed over my case to the debt collection agency (CreditReform)
After the original email with the bill in March 2025, I never received any communication from MVG / Handyparken that they could not collect the money.
We are talking about 6,37 EUR.

The debt collectors now want more than 40 EUR, however, I will not pay as the case was unlawfully transmitted to the debt collectors. Handyparken/MVG never made any attempt to notify me of a missing payment. The only notification I ever received is that they will take the money from my credit card automatically.

Scalable TOP! Baader bank FLOP!

I cant trust my full portfolio to a bank like Baader, that cant get their customer support together.

I have been with TK and Audi BKK before joining Firmus. Very quick phone support. Lowest contribution. Good Vaccination and Teeth cleaning options.

Scalable is good, Baader bank is a catastrophy.
Scalable works fine, however the underlying bank where they store your Stocks/ETF's is such a disaster. I'm waiting months on the purchasing data of some ETF's that were transferred to a different bank. I keep getting emails from Scalable that they are waiting for a reply from Baader bank.
I think that Baader bank is stopping scalable from becoming a great platform, maybe they need their own banking license like Trade Republic? Or maybe they need to find a better bank to store the assets.

I have used spartanien over the last year and they have tracked my orders well!

Great customer service! Quick response per email and when my email was unclear, they called me to clarify the whole case quickly and correctly! Highly recommend them!

Order process was fine. The return process is taking too long. I have returned an item and DHL tracking tells me that the item arrived back at their warehouse on Friday the 24th of June. It is now the 13th of July and still no confirmation or refund.
I have now resorted to a paypal claim and this review. I would like my money back for the returned item.

I have always been able to reach the support hotline within minutes of calling and have been helped perfectly.

Some notes:
1. It would be great if they offer the option to do "automatische bankeinzug" or SEPA lastschrift.
2. If you switch phones, or log with wrong details a couple of times, you need to call them to re-enable the app.

I am the proud owner of the Barclays Double Platinum Visa/Mastercard offering (99,00 EUR / Year)
I was able to apply for this after being a normal "Visa" customer for more than a year with Barclays. I was able to apply for this by phone. I only had to wait 2 minutes before I spoke to a friendly customer service agent!
What should be improved soon:
Part of the Double Platinum is the possibility to get a free partner card. The problem is, the application for this partner card currently takes months!
I am currently paying for a service (and insurance) but not getting the full promised value.
I hope that Barclays can clean up their act, and start shipping the partner cards as soon as possible.

One more month of waiting!
Original flight date was August 2020, I had to make a change to the fligth and changed it to Spring 2021. The airline cancelled those flights so I was eligable for a full refund.
The airline has already refunded Mytrip. The money is just stuck and they are unwilling to transfer it to my account!

Airline confirmed that money was refunded to mytrip over 2 months ago.
Mytrip confirms that they received the money.
Why have I not received the refund.
Order number has been communicated to mytrip privately.
I would like to get my money refunded!

Flights were cancelled by the airline. de.mytrip.com has confirmed at the start of May 2021 that they have received the funds back from the airline. Yet no refund to my bank account has happened?
Why should this take more than 1.5 months?

Flights were cancelled by the airline. Had to call multiple times to start the refund process on mytrip.
Once that was done, Swiss air quickly sent the money to mytrip.
It's been over a month and mytrip still did not forward the money to my CC/bank account.
Please up the priority of my refund!

Refund process took 2 months, but all the money did get refunded.
I love to fly KLM, and I hope to make more flights with them after this whole Covid-19 saga is finally behind us.
