Delighted to be the first person to review this joke of a company on trustpilot and hopefully stop others getting scammed.

Made 2 orders and after spending 16 days in Belgium the first order arrived, it was missing a tshirt, company claims it was sent and must have been taken in transit.

Second order arrived a few days later but I was on holidays, arrived home yesterday to find an empty bag had been delivered, I couldn't believe it, I don't care where or when something is being stolen, its your responsibility not mine.

Please don't order from this company, it won't end well.

Recently bought and sold a car through John, both experiences were fantastic, I found John to fair and honest which is all you could want really, very happy to recommend.

Very happy with my purchase from bulk, went for the natural chocolate whey as try to avoid artificial sweeteners as much as possible.
It tasted great, not overly sweet like most shakes, will definitely buy again.

I made my first purchase from GymKing recently as I was frustrated that a competing company was constantly out of sizes on their items, I found that there was a nice range of options on their site, they had every size available on most items and most importantly the tshirts arrived and the quality and fit were bang on, will definitely purchase from them again

Recently ordered a pair of shoes and they were dispatched and delivered in a few days but were too big, the returns process was very easy, I just popped the slip in the box stating I wanted a smaller size and I recieved them inside a week, this is exactly what we are looking for as customers, an easy transaction, not trying to deal with customer service and waiting an age for responses

Ordered from runnerinn recently and would definitely recommend, the trainers I ordered came at the best price I could find online and they were delivered in about a week to Ireland, will definitely use runnerinn again.

Genuinely shocked by all the good reviews, ordered early December, delivery was supposed to be 11th-15th, no word so checked today and was told it would be despatched tomorrow (very convenient), so I called the bluff and said if it's not so I'll have a refund, few hours later, refund.
They never had any intention of dispatching that phone tomorrow, no contact about delay and then just lie to me when I follow up, shocking behaviour


Edit - ordered a phone today off Mint+ at 11am, got a txt off DPD that phone will be here tomorrow, night and day experience

Going by price to quality ratio its probably not a bad option for people but I'd rather pay a bit extra as quality isn't great.

Cons - items and sizes seem to be out of stock constantly.

You won't get refunded automatically, you have to chase it up and they tell you it was an error, it wasn't, it's always been thar way for me.

Sizes are way off, regular fit stuff is fine but muscle/compression fit is miles off, if you're a M in slim you'll be an XL in muscle.





Pros- staff are polite and efficient when contacted.

Stuff is nicely designed and looks well

Some clothing ranges, the sports range wash well and last a long time

Great experience buying from home gym store, ordered about 2 o clock on a Friday, got a dispatched email a couple of hrs later and received product Monday morning, couldn't ask for better really.

Big fan of the Probiotics and have been using for a few yrs now first through Hey Nutrition and now Theonia, suffer from colitis and IBS and they really help in keeping my gut well.

This company are simply a disgrace, they are partaking in false advertising and are about as trustworthy as fellas selling clothing from the boot of a car.

I ordered shorts which obviously had pictures on the website, they sent me different shorts, same brand, different logo ('old stock').

I had to claim through PayPal, they'll refund me but are charging me €14 to return something I never ordered in the first place, no apology either for the whole sh#t show

Bought a squeegee attachment for a power washer, usually despatched in 2 weeks apparently.

Got same email over 2 month period saying part would be in stock in 2-4 weeks, just got same email again so that would be a 3 month minimum wait.

Cancelled order and got order cancellation email, nothing about a refund, asked about refund, was told I'll get it back through PayPal, when?

Shouldn't accept money unless part is available

Shocked to see how bad the reviews are as never had a problem, my recent order arrived with the box ripped open and 2 T-Shirts missing, I emailed customer service the pictures and had my refund within days, thought they were excellent, will definitely continue to be a customer

Really great experience, prices were very competitive and I had my order delivered well within the advertised time.

The link for tracking just went dead and 8 days later the package turned up so think the link should follow the package till its delivered.
But the product was very good and it was the best price around, I would use again
