I rented a car from Malaga Airport 3rd to 7th Oct 2019 - had ordered automatic but given manual - staff sorted out quickly.
Record held €2000 to cover excess on my credit card.
Now 31st October and €2000 not returned to my card and about to be charged by Credit Card company as they maintain it hasn't been released yet. NO correspondence form Record since returning the car in the same condition as I received it
Two emails sent with full details this week and only getting automated response from Customer Services. It'll make me think twice about Record in the future .
