I just tried ordering a server

I just tried ordering a server, and they charged me, but I still haven't received confirmation! They're sending me the payment method again! They don't have online support on their website, and they don't answer the phone. Thank you for immediately pointing out your terrible service level. I definitely won't be working with you again, I'm waiting for a refund!

And yes, all the positive reviews below look fake.

Please note, in order to provide you a higher level of security, it's our policy to verify the credit card provided, so we make an authorization-only charge which is immediately reversed by your financial institution. This is done to ensure the functionality of the credit card in our billing system. This amount will be shown on your card as a payment reservation until your invoices have either been created or your order has been canceled. These transactions may show up on your credit card invoice and could take up to 12 - 15 business days from the date of the purchase to be reversed, depending on your financial institution. Using the email address that you have provided, we see the Authorization Charge but it appears that the order didn’t process. Please place your order again and make sure that you click all the way through to the IONOS order page.

They blocked my account

They blocked my account without giving a reason! Just that I broke the rules, but they didn't say which ones!

I wrote to Discord support, nobody helped me and sent me to email, I wrote to all possible emails and nobody answered me.

I worked with them since September 2023, I had a ready SaaS service, which allowed me to pay off their tariff for 330$ per month.

I had 22 unused days left before being locked out and they didn't even offer me a refund, they just stole my money! If you are planning to build a business around their API solution, I recommend you think hard! Their attitude towards their customers is disgusting.
