I lost EVERYTHING
Sadly I received just ONE email asking me to confirm my identity, and because I didnt know about that until I called to check, they cancelled all my contracts and lost MONTHS of work, im a self-taught person so its difficult to replicate what I did from the backups. Customer Service was cool but a "Sorry" wont give me back my work and deal with my users of my Discord and Twitch bots

Poor Customer Service
Hung up on from customer service twice in a row. Cancelled my webhosting plan as it was to difficult to navigate and kept trying to confuse me with new features. I kept domain name and 20 minutes later i am being charged for unknown items a $5 a pop with no clue to what the purchase was. These charges should be being reversed as a credit and they just keep billing me after cancellation. What a joke!! will have to dispute with the Bank now to reverse continuing incoming charges!

Regarding the charges you noticed after your cancellation, we'd like to offer some clarity: any transaction, including a package change, may result in a temporary pre-authorization hold placed on your payment method as part of our security process. This hold is used to verify your card and reserve the amount while your invoice is being prepared — it is not an actual billing. Depending on your financial institution, these holds can take between 7 and 10 business days to be released and may appear as pending or reserved amounts on your statement during that time.
We were able to locate your account and have sent an email to the address on file with additional details, and we hope the information provided brings some clarity to what you've seen on your statement.
Thank you for your patience through all of this — we genuinely hope we're able to provide a much better experience from here.
