Goldcar - excellent service
Goldcar staff were excellent, picking us up from Diagoras Airport, assisting with luggage. Straight to the check-in desk where staff was clear about rental agreement. Showed me around the Fiat Panda I would have for nearly 3 weeks (yes you can fit 2 people, 4 large suitcases and a guitar in the back of a Panda). Car was in good condition, few dents and scrapes, but is it really a rental car if it doesn't? It was clean inside and had a full tank of petrol so no complaints from me! Returning car was the same, easy process. Staff looked at car, happy with the slightly dusty condition (sorry) and wished us well on our return to Scotland, dropping us off right at the terminal.

Apart from the 25 minute wait to pick up the vehicle everything else was excellent. Drop off was extremely easy. Maybe a better sign would help,

From getting to the airport. It was stress free.
From getting to the airport, I was picked up straight away. I was taken for my car which I was dealt with straight away. when I returned I was dealt with straight way. And then taken back to the airport and dropped off by a very nice gentleman.
