I took a star off for confusing communication but they eventually did good on their promise to send me a replacement milk carafe. Typical case of left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. Now I hope I get frothy milk.

Not a very good shopping experience. Shipping takes forever and exchanges are cumbersome.
