Julian, an agent at Priority, was amazing. We corresponded by email nearly as fast texting. He answered every question in every one of my emails with precipitousness I've rarely experienced. He als... See more

What is making my experience great with…
What is making my experience great with my 600. well, I haven't had to adjust the derailleur or lube any chain. Just clean it. On the down side I had to adjust the seat.
(Just joking). I love the gears. The 600 is not for racing but for Enjoying life. And I am at 73. Thanks
Bikes are great
Bikes are great. Ride in Encinitas was a great partner
Priority Turi
Bicycle came when they said it would. I assembled it myself. Good instructions and easy assembly. It’s the quietest smoothest bike I’ve ever ridden. I put a rack on the back and bag and it’s a nice cargo bike. Really like the noiseless, easy shifting cvt gearing. Priority Turi. Definitely 2 thumbs up!
I had an amazing experience
I'm grateful for whatever in the background of the internet that brought me to this company. I'd been searching for a new a new commuter/touring bike. Was struggling with my local shop. My purchase here far exceeded my original wish list. What a quick easy selection. Great shipping. Mostly effortless assembly. Everyone struggles adjusting fenders. The entire experience and product are top notch. My only complaint would be the light connection to the front hub. It seriously needs a better connection.
Great bike and great customer service!
Great bike and great customer service! We needed brake components replaced and the process was smooth and supportive. Love the Pinion gearing!
Dave is The Man
Dave is The Man! He was super helpful and knowledgeable about the various bikes and helped me get to exactly what I needed.
I waited till I put a 1000 miles on the…
I waited till I put a 1000 miles on the bike for a real review. I’m 73 years old and been an avid Cyclist for 25 years with over 30,000 miles on my Giant cf1. This is my first e-bike. I looked at a lot of bikes and settled on the Current Plus. It had the carbon fiber belt that I’m happy with. No more chain tattoos. Although it did need to be adjusted at around 350 miles due to stretching, I think. I did have to dismantle and soak the hub after 600 miles. Not difficult I did it myself. I live in Houston so there’s not many hills mostly flat train I’ve been getting around 60 to 75 miles per charge riding mainly in first and second sometimes third assist with an occasional four and five. As of my last ride, I put 41 miles on it and still had 60% battery left.. Very happy with the mileage between charges. I did change out the seat post for a KNEKT bike, suspension suit post. Also changed out the stem with redshift shock absorber. The seatpost is amazing not sold on the red shift yet. Going from an 18 pound bike to an over 50 pound bike. I wasn’t sure how long the brake pads would last about 50 miles ago. I went to swap them out had plenty of pad left but swapped them out anyway so I assume you could get 1500 miles out of it. Another thing I wanted from the bike with throttle assist at an incline at a red light it comes in real handy. About the only time I use it. I have taken the bike up to 30 miles an hour, but between 28 and 30 there’s no assist. I will admit it was a downward grade with the wind behind me and I was in power assist five. One other thing I replaced on the bike was the pedals. I put on CXWXC road/mountain bike pedals for better grip. I have taken the bike up some steep inclines at number 5 assist I hardly noticed the hill at all. All in all I’m extremely happy with the bike.
The bike ship to me in a reasonable timeframe. There was some damage to the front stem bolts, which they happily replaced. My only concern is if the is a warranty service problem, I’m not sure how that would work out with a company in New York. I always did all the work on my giant so I have plenty of tools and a strong stand. I would recommend Priority bike company to any casual commuter or rider. And the Current plus to anyone looking for a great e-bike and have.
Smooth as silk.
Order process was smooth and straightforward. Bike was delivered quickly. It was packaged expertly and arrived in perfect condition. Assembly was logical with all pieces fitting great. The video for assembly was also helpful. The quality of the bike was above my expectations. The welds were expertly crafted. The paint was flawless. The bike was ridden straight out of the box for about two full months now. No mechanical issues whatsoever. Many compliments from neighbors have been received regarding the quality and upright riding position of the bike. Congratulations on an ideal product!
Great customer service backing quality…
Great customer service backing quality products is hard to beat, we love our bikes.
Such a great bike
Such a great bike! The company has nailed it. Easy ordering and fast delivery.
We now own 4 Priority beach comber style bikes with baskets. They live on a small island with salty air. Our first 2 bikes are a few years old and look like the day we bought them. Priority bikes really do hold together in salty atmospheres. Best purchase!

Priority bicycles are truly in a league of their own, I have had such wonderful experience so far riding my new bike to work and back. I really did need the exercise, my heart and lungs will thank me later. I will say I had a bike shop build my bike so I have no idea if it was hard to put together, but it looks solid and will last for a long time. I’m a happy customer!
Reliable and perfect fit
Reliable and perfect fit. I have replaced the beige tires on my Priority Classic with confidence over the 5 years as it keeps me going daily to work and errands. The shipment was fast with clear communication regarding the delivery.

Seamless experience from beginning to end
Good website, quick human answers to question from bike experts, bikes were delivered on-time and videos for assembly were spot on. Overall excellent experience, first time purchasing priority bicycles for our beach rental. Will not be the last. Thank you.
Priority makes bomb proof bikes
Priority makes bomb proof bikes that are super easy to maintain. I purchased a Gemini two years ago. I love it so much that I now own a total of 4 Priority bikes: Gemini, ADX, HXT and Skyline. My only challenge with my bike line up is deciding which to ride every day. Priority customer service is exceptional too.
