My children love priority bicycles. Especially daughter’s Turi has gear shifting which is very convenient.

In both the purchase of my bicycle and an additional part the products shipped promptly and met my expectations well.

Overall great experience, starting with being able to speak with a person before purchasing to help with decision. I had a mechanical issue with the braking system upon arrival. Between emails and live conversations everyone was very helpful and concerned to make it right, which they did!!

Just got my bike ...... but so far everything about the way this company operates is classy! The web site made ordering easy. The delivery and assembly went smoothly.
Most importantly the bike is well designed, a dream to ride and oh so aesthetically beautiful ! One of the detail that I love is that the logo "PRIORITY" on the bike's frame is black. My bike is black. So it is black on black.......really classy! Thank you Priority design team!

A great engineering has happened here. I have the Skyline and I am impressed though I do not easily get impressed or write a positive review, but you deserve it, and I love the brains that thought this product through.

Fast and free shipping, but the front wheel arrived damaged. Priority paid to have it fixed, but it was a big inconvenience for me.
Electric assist and drive train are great.
I think the Current+ needs a front suspension fork, the aluminum fork is a very rough ride.

Quality bike, Ace of spades. Enjoy the single speed and light wait. The hand brakes are quality.

Would like an lx, light single speed bike with 2.25 wide, and coaster brake.

the first bike was super easy to assemble and our grand started riding right away

I purchased two Priority 600HTX mountain bike for our NICA school mountain bike team. The students in our bike shop class put them together and have been riding them so much, I have to remind them to go to their next class. The bikes shifts flawlessly, the students remark on how the belt drive is almost silent, and the transmission works perfectly even when the bike is covered in dirt and mud. I give Priority Belt Drive Bikes a double thumbs up!!!

Fast delivery and Great Customer Support. I called twice with questions and talked with a live person who took care ofme.

Ordering was easy and the bike was delivered quickly. I watched the video on how to set it up and was riding in no time. I may take it to a shop before my big ride to make sure I didn’t miss anything. I have put about 10 miles on the bike and it is soooo smooth and easy to ride. The build is solid and the bike is beautiful. This is my first belt drive bike and I’m excited to get bikepacking asap!

Great bicycle, great price. Only later did I find out they were using components ( not original parts) from companies that were no longer in existence. So when I broke a spoke, it was impossible to find replacements. Had to purchase a brand new wheel set. So that great price was not so great after the wheel set purchase. I asked about a credit? They said As is. But I had checked; the old wheel set was not original.

Bought the Ace of Spades ♠️. Threw a shorter riser with higher bmx style bars. Cables are a little tight but works! Bike just slices. First belt drive. Kept a lil tension in belt. Sounds like a bass when I pluck the belt. If you hear any weird creaks, immediately rinse the belt where it meets the sprocket. More than likely just some dirt, grass, grime caught in the belt teeth. Overall my impression of Priority has been of qaulity, value and awesome aesthetics. 5 stars. Got my eye on either the Hot Sauce or the Contiuum Onyx next!

The bikes feels really well designed and low maintenance, great for my busy life where I don't have space to store it inside!

I have owned a Brilliant L-Train for 18 months now. I use it as my daily commuter, so I put a lot of miles on this bike. I bought a Priority bicycle because it seemed like a well-regarded, good value belt drive bicycle with an internal gearbox. My hope was that the internal gear box & belt drive meant that this would be a low maintenance bicycle. Unfortunately, I have had quality issues with the bike on virtually all of the components despite the nearly $1000 price tag.

Issues I have run into:
-When I received the bike, just due to shipping, the blue paint was scratched
-The paint for the bicycle in general is very delicate. I keep a plastic bike lock wrapped around the bicycle frame, and wear from the plastic bike lock has been sufficient to completely remove both the blue paint and the underlying white primer
-My right brake seized within 6 months of owning the bike and needed to be replaced. They don't use standard high-quality parts for the brake - it seems to be some internally branded part
-After 6 months of owning the bike and the first hot day of the year, the glue for the leather wrapping on one of the grips failed and the leather wrapping detached
-After 14 months of owning the bike, the belt snapped
-After 18 months and on the first hot day of this year, the glue failed on the other grip
-Also after ~18 months of owning the bike, the gear shifter stopped working reliably

On the good side, for the most part priority has covered repair costs as part of the warranty. 18 months in, they have been non-responsive after I emailed them about the gear box failing. When the bike has working parts, it is generally a nice, quiet, smooth ride. But given all of the quality issues I would not recommend purchasing.
