Kez from Team 4A is an absolute legend… I don’t know how EDF finally managed to employ someone who can actually get things done but they need to do their best to keep Kerrie.

An issue that had been ongoing for 2 years is finally fixed, without endless call centre frustration & tech visits & new meters thanks to Kez from Team 4A. Kez needs to be made a chief team leader, if they are not already & head up a training programmes in a) How to get things done b) How to fix issues & c) How to liaise with customers.
