They send you a welcoming email. The email given in the text is defunct, you try to respond to that email sent, the same too.

You go to there website to fill in a Contact Us form. I did that twice last week, wasted about half an hour of my time all told. You have these ridiculous Captcha animals that you are meant to put your mouse on or finder on an Android phone. Neither work. What a complete waste of time this company is.

THIS IS A ZERO STAR REVIEW

Get ready to go back into the dark ages. Halifax bankers have no choice in the matter and have to transform as the weeks go on to lloyds bank. For someone that has lived overseas for many years one could call the Halifax on their app.

I had a chat in a chat room with a lloyds Bank employee this evening by the name of Eisha. After being told that they expect overseas customers to call them I said I don't have long distance.

Lloyds Bank literally expect customers outside of Great Britain to just go back and forth and text for hours on end instead of just putting this into a simple phone call which would take minutes.

Anyone outside of Great Britain be prepared to go back in time to the dark ages once this transition happens. You now have to text in your chat and wait for a response then text in your chat and wait for a response.

Need I say anymore!

Review of Mint Mobile

THIS IS A ZERO STAR REVIEW

This complaint was just filed with a Better Business bureau:

It's so sad when you have to waste half an hour of your life to get absolutely nowhere. I called Mint mobile on the evening of Thursday 7-23-26 and was on hold for approximately 15 minutes before I got a live agent by the name of Set. I said to Set, "You'll more than likely need a supervisor by the time I've finish this conversation as you might not be able to help me."

I explained that I was with T-Mobile from 2014 for approximately 6 to 7 years. Roughly 3 years into my plan T-Mobile started to reward new customers with a much better offer per month than what existing customers got. I filed a complaint with the Better Business bureau after getting absolutely nowhere with their bad customer service.

A few days after my complaint was filed, Thomas in the CEOs office called me back. He agreed with me and gave me the same deal as what the new customers were getting and rightfully so.
This is exactly what Mint are doing right now. They're tossing aside all those that have been loyal to their company and they're giving a much better deal to brand new customers. Where is the loyalty in that?

I asked Set what Mint could do for me and it was absolutely nothing! I then was put on hold as I asked for supervisor. 5 minutes or so later Min came on the phone. Once again wasting my time with this individual she couldn't do anything whatsoever to help me as an existing customer.
I patiently waited for both ladies to give me the same answer and by that point I told Min I that I would file a complaint with the Better Business bureau. She was also unhelpful in not giving me Mint Mobiles headquarters address. This is very unfair to existing customers who are getting no promotion whatsoever and yet a new customer is getting a much better deal. Where is the loyalty in that?

Then Mint mobile replies below, to call them on the toll free number. I've just wasted time talking to a representative and a supervisor on this just yesterday, so why on Earth would I call back and waste even more time?

The Better Business bureau sent the complaint over to Mint mobile on Friday 7-31-26. 23 Four weeks later still no response from Mint!

If I could find a competitive price believe me I would leave this horrible company in a heartbeat. To add insult to injury, I went to pay my bill. Most websites let you look at what you're about to pay on the next page after you click payment.

I wanted to pay with a different credit card and instantly it took the money from my credit card that they had on file. I had to phone up, cancel that transaction and now I've got to wait 10 days for that money to go back so that I can pay with the credit card that I wanted to.

Get ready for this, after the refund went through I went to pay my bill again and these crooks have added $45 to it and not deducted the refer a friend. You've got to watch this company they'll steal anything from you.

For anybody out there there reading this do yourself a favor and do not put your credit card on file with Mint.

Need I say anymore about this company!

Review of Costco Wholesale

THIS IS A ZERO-STAR REVIEW:

Although I've never dealt with Acer before, I did for the first time on Tuesday 10-7-25. I won't leave a biography of what happened but my friends laptop was under a one-year warranty from Acer and Costco. Being told by Costco's warranty department to send her laptop to Acer, she'd put the laptop inside a box, bubble wrapped it and sent it a few days before my arrival. At the FedEx drop off location, that box was then put inside another box. The laptop screen had gotten colored horizontal lines across it and that's why she'd sent it in.

It arrived at Acer via FedEx and the box was in a disgusting state with a broken screen. That was nothing to do with my friend. She'd completed her side of the arrangement.

On the evening of Tuesday 10-7-25 I'd spent two and a half hours on the phone, partly with Costco's warranty service with a gentleman by the name of Minall (sp). This conversation went around in circles and I had to explain to him four times what the situation was.

Acers rep Chris said that Acer would call back the next day. Nobody at Acer has ever called back!

The sad thing about this whole story is I've never heard of anybody having an issue with a return at Costco ever and this ended up being a complete nightmare.

That same evening and getting nowhere with the Costco warranty department phone call, I ended up calling somebody else in the Costco organization on behalf of my friend. That manager in a completely different state called the Costco store in Utah, where this laptop was originally purchased.

I was told that there'd be no problems going back to that store with the laptop, after it had been returned from Acer.

Two days later I went with my friend to this particular Costco with the laptop in a box and unopened from its return from Acer.

I wasn't impressed with Travis who worked at this Costco location at all and the time that it took him to sort this simple return out.

In fact it took Travis so long that in the end I called the original person who I'd spoken to at another Costco store 2 days beforehand. I then put that manager on the phone with Travis to verify with him what had been arranged.

The individual in this Utah location of Costco who'd been called 2 days before and had verified to my Costco contact in another state, said there'd be 'No problems' returning the laptop. This simple message was never passed on to Travis at the return merchandise department.

This was a 20 to 25 minute unnecessary ordeal and a complete waste of our time.

I'll never deal with Acer again and I think their customer service stinks.

As for Costco I'm very, very disappointed with this whole affair.

This is a zero star review

I've gone from a 0 star review to a five-star review only because this was sorted out via a chat today on their website with maxiel and later on talking to Jane and Jill at Mint Mobile. I will say though that even though I've changed my opinion from zero star to five stars I'm still not impressed by what happened here and you can read that in the following if you wish:

I spoke to a gentleman in the billing department today whose name I know, and we were about to conclude something when I had to leave due to my job. It had taken me a long time to get to this point due to the long waits with mint mobile.

To fast forward in the story I got a line supervisor one and a half hours later by the name of Joseph. Promising to call me back within 10 minutes I am now at the 3 hours and 40 minutes part of waiting for this so-called 10-minute call to come back.

This is one of my biggest pet peeves when people say they're going to call back and don't. Complaint with the better business bureau has already been filed.

And you have to laugh at mint Mobile's response below. The simple solution is call customer service, and how much of my life did I waste yesterday and I'm still waiting for '''Joseph the supervisor""" to call me back and we are now approaching """""46 1/2 hours."""""

Unacceptable customer service. Since filing a complaint with the better business bureau Mint Mobile still hasn't responded to the complaint. I think this goes to show you how much they care about their customers.

Absolutely useless service!

My package was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday 5-27-25. Then for some reason during transit it got stuck in OLATHE, KS for over 110 hours, hence over four and a half days. I'm paying for this service?

Shouldn't customers get some kind of a refund when you get awful beyond slow service like this?

I also spent a long time on the phone trying to get through to a live human being on their toll-free number. You see if you can get past that useless AI. I had no success whatsoever.

Best of luck I couldn't do it.

I've been a school bus driver for over 18 years and I was heading northbound on glasford Hill road in Prescott Valley, Arizona on Friday 12-20-24. The time was around 12:45 p.m. A driver representing this company was to my left and constantly honking his horn. I gathered maybe I had a battery door loose or maybe a flat tire or something.

When I finally pulled up next to this crazed gray-haired individual, who's hood number read 41993, he's calling me an effing A which of course I can't swear here. He says he wouldn't want his kid on my bus and then starts mocking my ponytail.

I'm thinking how unprofessional is this company to hire such rude, arrogant and ignorant individuals.

He was further throwing cuss words at me and I just simply waved at the man. If this is the ethics of how they treat a driver of a school bus driver I wouldn't want to think what they are like when it comes to dealing with the public.

It said the taxes and fees and everything was included. When I check my email later that day even though it's only $9 more but they're charged me $792.

It's the principle of the matter. There's something going on here where the overcharging customers.

Review of Kohl's

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

THIS IS A ZERO STAR REVIEW

THIS IS A ZERO STAR REVIEW

I'm absolutely appalled at how this business conducts itself and how misleading and how much of a misrepresentation it is to the general public when it comes to Kohl's and kohls.com. They are two completely separate entities where one will not help the other.

Every year around my birthday this company gives me $10 to spend in their store which I appreciate. On my birthday I purchased two large pillows using up most of the $10. I had a week to pick up my order which I did 6 days later in the only Kohl's in our area at zip code 86314, being Prescott Valley, Arizona.

While in the store I noticed for the first time when looking at the email, that my order was sitting in a store in Las Vegas. This is not the first time this app has sent my items to Las Vegas. I clearly put in the store that I wanted my order to be sent to but for some reason it ends up 250 miles away.

A simple fix would have been to have replaced the two pillows while I was in the store and when I asked somebody in customer service for a manager they said Kohls.com and Kohl's are two completely different entities and cannot interact with each other. The public needs to made be aware of this.

I was told basically to waste my time and call customer service. I got a lady called Victoria who with her broken English I had to explain the story twice where I got absolutely nowhere.

I asked for a supervisor and instead of one coming on the phone I had to wait for between 3 to 5 minutes while she types out the whole story and then a supervisor finally comes on the phone.

I got another person with broken English by the name of Diego who was the requested supervisor. Once again he could not help whatsoever.

I called the headquarters at 262-703 7000 to which when you press zero which means 'other,' as I did not want to be redirected back to Kohls.com again it simply loops itself and puts one back onto the menu again. I tried this three times yesterday and finally gave up.

I then decided to call the manager of the store in Las Vegas where my two pillows were sitting, hoping that she could get in touch with a manager at my local store where I could pick them up next week. She also informed me that Kohls.com and Kohl's are two separate entities and nothing could be done. She said that she'd request a callback for me from the headquarters to sort this mess out.

No one called yesterday so I wasted more time today and attempted to call the headquarters again to which the menu loops itself.

I then called back the Las Vegas store where Amelia the manager who I spoke to yesterday is now on vacation so I got another manager called Kathleen. When I simply asked her to call the headquarters for a call back she said 'well I'll get in touch with Amelia she's on vacation right now.' I wouldn't want to be bothered by a store if I was on vacation; Amelia isn't back in the store until a week's time being next Wednesday so I said 'let's forget that I even spoke to Amelia could you please call the headquarters for them to call me back.'

The reason why I wanted the pillows when I did is because they were on sale at the time whereas they probably aren't on sale now so I'm not going to get them for the $10 that I originally had.

Of course nobody has called me back from headquarters. Does this surprise anybody?

Be very, very wary of purchasing anything from this business. I had simply parked outside this business on a public street AFTER the business had closed at 5:07 p.m. on Monday 7-8-24. I'm assuming it was the owner that came out and asked me where I was going to which I said a couple of blocks away. He asked me not to park there anymore and I said asked is there a law against parking on a public street!

When I returned he told me once again to not park in front of the business and if I did he would kick my ass. What a way to treat a human being who is simply parking a car. I wonder what this man would do if you returned with an appliance that you'd purchased from him and said that it wasn't working after a week or two. Would he threaten to kick your ass as well?

THIS IS A ZERO STAR REVIEW.

While visiting Southend, Essex, England, I went into a branch to see if I could open up an account. I live in the United States and I was told what to do. Since that moment in time I've been dealing with a gentleman by the name of Shahid.

This has to be the worst customer service representative I've ever dealt with in my life. Firstly he stated that he didn't get the appropriate tax form which he did and was verified for the very person had sent it to him from the Southend branch.
Then when I asked him to call me The next day, giving him 4 hours as an open window he never called and then decides to call the day afterwards when it's my only time in a year to spend time with my great niece. Believe me this really intruded on a lot of my time with her. My documentation had already been uploaded at the Southend branch but according to him it wasn't good enough.

At one point I even asked Syed Ibrahim in the international division of this bank to call me when I finally did get back to the States and he didn't.

Then once I returned home I purposely got up early due to the 8-hour time difference on Wednesday 6-26-24, I emailed Shahid Khan asking can you please call me I'm home all day. I even emailed somebody else to email him and it was verified that he would call within the hour. Almost 2 hours later he called me back. During this phone call I am told that as a British citizen I cannot open an account over there and they also wanted my mother's utility bill.

I spoke to his manager Ashuma Shariff who told me the exact same thing.

My whole account was dependent on this individual, whom might I add has been pretty incompetent up to this point.

What has the world come to?

I spent ages trying to do what Kay from HSBC has responded below. I could not find HSBC socials on Facebook anywhere, I ended up in a live chat room in the US with Sanjana at HSBC ithis was just as unhelpful. She kept sending me a link to the UK side of things but you cannot get in touch with a live human being unless you have an account. Talk about a conundrum!

I'm certainly not going to call them as this would cost money.

Three times I asked Sanjana in the US chat room on how to reach HSBC on Facebook socials or socials Facebook. Never once did she answer this question. Never once did she answer this question also which I asked again and again on how does one get in touch with the corporate office via email. Also what is their corporate address. I need this so that I can file a complaint with the Ombudsman.

I also sent an email to the CEO of HSBC on Monday 7-1-24 and I've heard nothing back either.

On 6-21-24 Shahid Khan, called my mothers home, where he stated the person that answered the phone had never heard of me!

Another employee said they called me 3 weeks or so later. When I answered my cell phone in the U.S., I knew it was a UK call due to the +44 before the number. Complete silence on their end. Not once but on 2 back to back calls

What a way to run a banking institution?

Going back to the square wheel era

I've been on computers since 1991 and this is the most ridiculous platform I've ever come across in my life. When eBay classifieds was around or now with Facebook Marketplace you simply check off all the ads that you want to renew and it's done.

This useless outfit is so backwards that if you don't renew your ad on the day that they decide, they then delete the photographs from your ad unless you're up between approximately midnight and 3:00 a.m. California time.

Then you've got to search on your phone for the photographs, it's so backwards. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody until they update their stupid software.

After renewing five ads, at to your sixth ad it says you're renewing too rapidly. Hence my point above why not just have the person check off the ads that you want to renew when that time is coming up and renew them like Facebook Marketplace.

They also delete ads that are not offensive in any way. This has become quite common lately.

THIEVES, THIEVES, THIEVES.

I wouldn't recommend this airline to anybody. In the United States any booking that you made you can get your money back full, within 24 hours.

These thieves, for example in my case I booked my first trip going up to Glasgow from Stansted and checked on that option. Then the return flight I found and of course checked on that option.

But when you get to the checkout it does not show you the itinerary that you have booked whereas any flight website that I've gone to over the years shows you exactly what you're paying for on that last page.

I paid and then when I got the email the return flight is going back to Gatwick. What the hell!

If you want to change the last part of the booking, which shouldn't have even been an option to begin with because it should have been going back to Stansted they charge you a bunch of money.

If you want to cancel the whole booking even within 24 hours there's still a non-refundable cancellation fee

Thieves that's all I have to say about this airline.

Some 30 hours later nobodyat Mint has bothered to text me, email or try and contact me in regards to a problem that I had.

I called Mint just before 5:00 p.m. PST on Wednesday 9-27-23. After a very, very long hold time I began to explain on the phone to a foreign female Mint employee how poor their customer service was. She simply hung up on me. I called back again and waited and waited and waited and nobody came on the phone.

I'm not standing up for T-Mobile but I was with them from 2014 until I joined this outfit. I would almost guarantee you that T-Mobile would have at least attempted to have gotten back in touch with me within 30 hours to try and rectify the problem.

Useless that's all I've got to say.

MINT MOBILE RESPONDED BELOW. WHY ON EARTH WOULD I WANT TO WASTE ANOTHER HALF AN HOUR OF MY LIFE TRYING TO GET SOMEBODY AT THEIR LIVE SUPPORT WHEN THE FIRST TIME THE WOMAN HUNG UP ON ME AND THE SECOND TIME NOBODY EVER PICKED UP.
