Zero star review. Do not use this website. Placed an order for 229£ washing machine. Never arrived. The "chat" feature is unmanned, no response to email, they dont answer phone. SCAMMERS. Avoid.

I paid £620 for a cooker, which I could have bought for
£640 on Amazon and free delivery. I was charged £15 delivery. (excellent delivery people) but on purchasing it, I was unaware that the enamel was chipped and that I would be getting the showroom model. Certainly not pointed out to me when I bought the cooker. Disappointed !!! and now Worried !!!

Will never ever shop in there again, when things go wrong they don't want to know.

purchased a fridge . which never worked from day one , asked for them to come and fix . couldnt fix it and said would give a refund . never heard from them since . very bad company

Be very, very wary of purchasing anything from this business. I had simply parked outside this business on a public street AFTER the business had closed at 5:07 p.m. on Monday 7-8-24. I'm assuming it was the owner that came out and asked me where I was going to which I said a couple of blocks away. He asked me not to park there anymore and I said asked is there a law against parking on a public street!

When I returned he told me once again to not park in front of the business and if I did he would kick my ass. What a way to treat a human being who is simply parking a car. I wonder what this man would do if you returned with an appliance that you'd purchased from him and said that it wasn't working after a week or two. Would he threaten to kick your ass as well?

I can NOT put into words how incredible they were we with!! I spoke to Keith on the phone, then he dealt with me instore too. He was fantastic. A great bunch of staff at Hawarden. All super friendly, made my day. Then I didn't unfortunately meet the guys that fitted my my NEW washer and move the old one,but again Super job, thank you EVERYONE!!

This place brilliant service got a electric Cooker from here and no fusss no drama took old one away no mess put new one in checked if working etc and off they went easy enough will use again they and next day Delivery

Ordered a dishwasher after our current one died. Needed one fast. Discount Appliances came to my rescue.

Looking at getting an American fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and oven from them next.

Would highly recommend.
