Excellent service, very competitive for service given, dropped of car at the 1st airport car park as instructed and they drove it to depot and on my return I rang them when I collected my luggage and my car was waiting for me at departures, driver even had car nicely heated for me, which was a god sent as it was 10.30pm and 6 degrees.

I rented a car for 11 days in Olbia, Sardinia, the cheapest rate available was by Vettura Autonoleggio.

They were very cordial, professional and extremely helpful and I received a brand new car. I just had to ring them when I landed and they told me where to go to meet the shuttle bus and they came less than 10 mins of me arriving at the meeting point.

Unfortunately I had an accident on the way back to the airport, due to a wild boar and a huge pot hole on a country road, both boar and I were ok, but the car had severe wheel damage.

I was never involved in an accident with a rental car and well over 35 years since my last accident due to icy roads, so was in shock.

When I rang them they were amazing, 1st of all making sure I was ok and telling me over and over again that the car was not important (as I was so upset that I damaged their car).

I was due to fly out at 19.25 and accident happened around 15.30, half hour away from airport; so I thought that I would miss my flight too.

They sent out a car immediately to collect me and were so nice to me, the whole Team from recovery to office were amazing. They took care of everything in the fastest way possible (to ensure I would make my flight). As I was insured they gave me all the documentation needed for me claim back the damage I did and also got me to the airport on time with time to spare.

I can not recommend them enough and thank them for making a very hard and shocking experience as easy as it could possibly be made.

Ho noleggiato un'auto per 11 giorni ad Olbia, in Sardegna, con la tariffa più economica disponibile da Vettura Autonoleggio.

Sono stati molto cordiali, professionali ed estremamente disponibili e mi hanno consegnato un'auto nuova di zecca. Ho dovuto semplicemente chiamarli all'atterraggio e mi hanno indicato dove andare per prendere la navetta, che è arrivata a meno di 10 minuti dal mio arrivo.

Purtroppo ho avuto un incidente durante il viaggio di ritorno in aeroporto, a causa di un cinghiale e di una buca enorme su una strada di campagna. Sia il cinghiale che io siamo rimasti indenni, ma l'auto aveva gravi danni alle ruote.

Non sono mai stata coinvolta in un incidente con un'auto a noleggio e sono passati più di 35 anni dal mio ultimo incidente a causa del ghiaccio, quindi ero sotto shock.

Quando li ho chiamati sono stati fantastici, prima di tutto si sono assicurati che stessi bene e mi hanno ripetuto più volte che l'auto non era importante (dato che ero così sconvolta di aver danneggiato la loro auto).

Dovevo partire alle 19:25 e l'incidente è avvenuto verso le 15:30, a mezz'ora di distanza dall'aeroporto; quindi ho pensato di perdere anche il volo.

Mi hanno mandato subito un'auto a prendermi e sono stati gentilissimi con me, tutto il team, dal recupero all'ufficio, è stato fantastico. Si sono occupati di tutto nel modo più rapido possibile (per garantire che prendessi il volo). Dato che ero assicurata, mi hanno fornito tutta la documentazione necessaria per richiedere il risarcimento dei danni e mi hanno anche portato in aeroporto in tempo, con un bel po' di anticipo.

Non posso che consigliarli e ringraziarli per aver reso un'esperienza così dura e sconvolgente il più semplice possibile.

I ordered a hoodie. Unfortunately when I got it the picture of the Staffi was so small against the hoodie u can hardly see it. So disappointed, paid a lot of money for nothing. Huddie is good quality but I only got it to have a big picture of a Staffie on it! Not a tiny pic hardly noticeable 😢

I have no hesitationvin recommending Craigmore to all my friends, I was in urgent need of a water pump, as it was Xmas week I spent ages on the internet trying to source a good pump at a reasonable price, everyone said they couldn't get it to me before Xmas even when i offered to pay courier. But thanks be to God I found Craigmore, Nick was so helpful and promised that pump would be with me next day or if not the day after, but courier costs would be refunded. To their word I had my pump the following day by 1 o'clock. So thank u so much u wr life savers in an urgent situation and ur service was amazing. Oh forgot to mention i live in county clare in S.Irl and Craigmore got pump down to me within 24hrs Xmas week from N.Irl. Well done guys and thks again. Every good wish and success for 2018.
