No refund for no service !!
We arrived to our accommodation and it had not been cleaned from the last guests , we had not been given a key either so contacted booking .com , an half hour wait we got key details . We could not stay there due to the filth but after numerous attempts Booking.com will not provide us with a refund .
Booking.com offered us 44e compensation on a 500e booking !!
Terrible customer service and there is no avenue to continue this dispute .

after sales service terrible . 6 months waiting for full refund .
Bought a top last September , still waiting for full refund on returns . Too many emails to count trying to solve this issue . Terrible service . Just being passed on and on .
