Having bought the kiwi guarantee, I was feeling easier about our connecting flights, and when things started to go wrong as our flight was delayed I still felt protected. However we had major difficulties contacting Kiwi to arrange alternatives, there seemed to be some kind of glitch in the system. We had to make our own arrangements which was somewhat stressful. However after complaining to customer services they recognised that we had been let down by their system and reimbursed us in full for our alternative transport. All in all, a less than perfect experience but, to be fair, kiwi honoured their part of the bargain in the end. So I would use them again and I would pay the extra for the guarantee if I was under any time pressure.

Our 2nd visit to complete my partner's 'all on four' treatment was extremely successful and he is delighted with the result. Without exception all the staff were very friendly and kind. The attention to detail by the dentists and their assistants was extraordinary. We were both looked after very well from start to finish. It is a small clinic which we prefer as the personal service and attention was superb whilst extremely professional and of the highest standard. We highly recommend the Pearl Clinic to anyone having any dental treatment.
