I have travelled with easyJet many times & was very satisfied.
However I flew from Alicante on 21/03/2026 & was appalled by my treatment.
As a disabled passenger I had booked wheelchair assistance, but for the first time l used my rollater to get to the gate, as my daughter was with me & l thought it would be helpful as the wheelchair assistants are always very busy.
To my dismay, the ground hostesses (3 of them) wouldn’t allow me to go through to the aircraft & insisted that I had to join the queue!! Which l cannot do because my disability doesn’t allow me to stand for more than 2 minutes.
I tried to explain but they wouldn’t listen & directed me to the back of the very long queue.!!

I have been a member of Capital Credit Union (formerly Dundrum Credit Union) since the early 80’s .
My 3 children have been have educated, received First Holy Communion, Confirmation, Birthdays all financed through Credit Union!!
We have bought cars, had various home improvements done, borrowed for holidays & even weddings!!
All of which would not have been possible without Credit Union support.
I am still a member & will be til my dying day!
My most recent loan was for my dear husband’s headstone ( he passed away in march 2025)RIP
