I placed an order for a small item on the 28th of May and the item didn't arrive to me until the 7th of June. Initially, I got a confirmation dispatch email without any tracking number attached so I had to contact customer service to recieve this from them.

I checked the tracker a few days later and it had not been updated and showed the item had not left their warehouse. When contacted customer service blamed An Post for the delay despite the item only being dispatched from their warehouse on the 5th of June.

Take that into consideration when ordering. Perhaps it may be a blip in service or an error on 'an post' side either way it paints appliances delivered as not being proactive in customer service and a little disorganised.
