Hi Patricia, we're sorry the 3-day collection window didn't work for you. Space in lockers is limited, but we're exploring ways to improve. If you need further assistance, please contact help@inpost.co.uk.

Review of Vinted COM

The app is very good but beware

The app is very good, easy to upload, chat to sellers and buyers. Making offers etc… also the way postal services are charged is good as it’s not set by the seller, you will not be ripped off by sellers inflating postage prices.
I am happy but I have found that the system is very unfair sometimes. People tend to describe items as ‘ new without tags’ you ask to make sure and then items arrive in clearly used condition. Even when the seller has described poorly, made a mistake, or lied and you want to return the item, the buyer is responsible to pay for the return postage. This is unfair as the buyer is left out of pocket through not fault of their own.
Vinted charges a fee per transaction called ‘buyer protection’, but buyers are not really protected are they? And because the buyer pays for return postage there is no deterrent for sellers who mislead and lie.

If there was no stars that would be…

If there was no stars that would be what I would give them. What a shambles. They have £500 of our hard earned cash for flights to Ibiza that never materialised due to the pandemic. Tickets were never issued and flights with BA were cancelled. 2 years later we are still waiting for our refund. My husband has spent hours on the phone with these people and every time he has called during these past 24 months he has been assured ‘next week’ ‘next Thursday’ blah, blah, blah. Liars that’s what they are. Probably having a great life with all the money they have stolen from people. No wonder there is a Facebook page for ‘victims’ and a program dedicated to them in ‘Rip off Britain’. Now, on to small claims court to waste more time chasing them…

Good set up

Good set up, love the bike, I have finally got my fitness back!
Only thing is that music wise is a bit geared for american taste, plenty of hip hop, rnb, pop...I was hoping for more 'dance' music...luckily I found a couple of instructors that do use quite a lot of dance tracks...

Review of Heathrow Platinum Parking

This is an update for the review I left…

This is an update for the review I left on the 31st of December.
We were rescued from the road side after 5 hours by the RAC, we had had the catalytic converter stolen from our car. Clearly our car was not kept in a safe place, it takes time and tools to cut out a piece from the underside of the car. I must have emailed a dozen times and to this date I dont have an apology after putting our family through this ordeal. I have received 2 anonymous emails (they never give you a name and a position in the company) to let me know that as per terms and conditions they do not take ANY responsability for any car in any event. This would normally be ok just as long as you know that your car is in a safe closed compound. They have not provided an address for where my car was kept, this is needed for the police report as they have to look at CCTV.
I have asked nicely for all the details, and we are being ignored. I have been given an address in Islington, but not sure if its someone's address or if the 'company' is registered here. On google earth it looks like a block of flats. This leads me to believe that they do not have a compound/office business infraestructure. What are they hiding? Why are they not telling me where my car was parked when it was vandalised?
Well, like someone else said in another review they take your money and park your car in a random street.
The matter is now with the police,my solicitor and trading standards. Unless of course suddenly 'customer service' appears and they want to make it right! doubt it...

Just landed at Heathrow Terminal 5

Just landed at Heathrow Terminal 5, your ‘valet’ representative threw the keys at us and jumped into another car and drove off. We loaded suitcases and 2 young children into the car, the moment we put the key in the ignition we knew something was wrong, it was so loud. We called your mobile phone again and your representative said that the car was like that... we tried to drive the car and the throttle does not work, so we pulled over and called your office. Your ‘manager’ Sam refused to give us the address for your offices and/or give us a solution. We drove this car on the 16th to Heathrow all the way from Bromley with my young kids inside. It was in perfect working order and recently serviced, my car was your responsibility, 2 weeks later the car doesn’t work. New Year’s Eve and parked on the side of the road somewhere in Staines, with 2 children who are cold, hungry and tired...
What type of customer service is this? How dare you imply it’s my fault for having an ‘old’ car?
Avoid this company at all costs

Dr. Ezra is a gentle and kind doctor with excellent bedside manners! He explains things well and puts your mind at ease.
