They cancelled the order 8 days after I ordered.

Never received my shoes - I had ordered them on the 6th with no tracking number sent on the 13th.
I had to chase them to ask what was going on.
They just issued a refund saying the problem was " my address" which isnt true.
I have been waiting for these shoes to train again.

Just noticed an email saying "refund on its way" - Fingers crossed it even arrives!

So bad. Will never purchase or recommend this website again. First and last time.

Dear Albane, we are so sorry to hear that your order was cancelled.

Unfortunately, due to a technical issue relating to the details provided on the order, we were unable to successfully process and dispatch it to the courier. As a result, the order could not be shipped, and a full refund was issued.

We appreciate that this was frustrating, particularly as you were looking forward to receiving your trainers, and we apologise for the inconvenience cause.

Leave the parcel in the street, they don't care!

Honestly Im sick of having my parcel left on the doorstep in the street - I got other parcels stolen that why I give a safe place now. I especially took time to notify them as I knew I might miss the parcel.
But the driver knocked on my door left the parcel and by the time I opened the door he was already gone. They dont bother checking if you are home or not. If someone is going to get it. Not the 1st time this happens and complained recently. I hate this delevery company.

Worst delivery company

worst delivery company.
I've picked on the tracking link to have my parcel delivered to neighbours if I wasn't there and it was left in front of my door!
I live on a busy passage/street and I already got a parcel stolen PLUS we actually have a note on the door where it's written " DELIVERIES: Do not leave parcel in front of the door, leave it with neighbours or take it back to depot.
Luckily some kind neigbours saw it and picked it up from my door step for me to not have it stolen another time!
I have been ALWAYS disappointed with this company. Honestly rubbish, service is crap.

Fast, efficient

Test arrived super quick. Ordered it a month in advance and took it with me on holidays so as to do it just before I travelled back to the UK.
Visio was very efficient, on time, nice staff.
Super quick to get the official paper too.
I highly recommend.

Produit acheté, prélevée mais JAMAIS REÇU. AUCUN SAV.

J'ai acheté un produit sur leur site, j'ai bien été prélevée mais BEUG total : je n'ai rien dans mon suivi de commande, je n'ai pas reçu de mail de confirmation mais j'ai bien été débitée de 15€.
AUCUNE aide du service client, aucun remboursement possible sans mon n° de commande (sauf que j'ai reçu aucune info).
J'avais de bons échos jusqu'à présent et bien j'en ferais désormais une TRES MAUVAISE pub. Dommage, je bosse aussi dans la COM en cosmétique et là, ils sont clairement MAUVAIS.
Je ne laisse jamais d'avis mais je suis désespérée.
