They cancelled the order 8 days after I ordered.
Never received my shoes - I had ordered them on the 6th with no tracking number sent on the 13th.
I had to chase them to ask what was going on.
They just issued a refund saying the problem was " my address" which isnt true.
I have been waiting for these shoes to train again.
Just noticed an email saying "refund on its way" - Fingers crossed it even arrives!
So bad. Will never purchase or recommend this website again. First and last time.

Dear Albane, we are so sorry to hear that your order was cancelled.
Unfortunately, due to a technical issue relating to the details provided on the order, we were unable to successfully process and dispatch it to the courier. As a result, the order could not be shipped, and a full refund was issued.
We appreciate that this was frustrating, particularly as you were looking forward to receiving your trainers, and we apologise for the inconvenience cause.
