Have tried for 3 days to set up a shop to enable selling. Absolute joke of a web site. You go through 4 different stages from verifying your ID, actually paying the £14 to enable you to sell then you get ‘Network’ issue or just a whirling circle as it tries to process your information.
Eventually gave up in the end. Their systems are hopeless. How anybody manages to sell is beyond me.

Attempted to order personalised mugs. Took ages to upload 3 photos on the first mug (I've got 750mb upload speed btw) Got half way through uploading the photos then the web site just hung, showing a message regarding face recognition?
Tried several times again then gave up.
Pity because I had a total of 4 mugs that I wanted to order.
Now ordered from Moonpig.

Was unsure about the validity of the company as saw the advert on Facebook. A company search revealed that they are owned by Radiant Rockers Limited and were incorporated on the 18th October 2024, so very recent. I was still a little wary, however I ordered on my credit card as it usually offers a little more protection.
So glad I did because the service and product was great.
It's sad these days that your first thought is whether a site is genuine or not but thankfully Punk Football appears to be fine, albeit I was a little nervous when the payment registered to a company called TSHIRT GRILL? (So that's 3 companies in total).
Despite my concerns I would still recommend Punk Football.

From the choice and quality of furniture, right through to the friendly customer service, you can not fail but to be impressed with Duxbury's. Well worth the 80 mile journet from home. What makes them so special is the people who work there, from the sales team, to the cafe lady and the delivery man.

Ordered 2 jumpers delivery 2 days. Series if confusing emails; Order left our warehouse, order not left warehouse, re-order. 8 days later decided to cancel. Followed instructions through my account and no cancel button? Called Next to cancel order and obtain refund.
Advised that refund would take 5 working days. Funny how it took Next 5 seconds to receive my money when I ordered. Why show items for sale when there’s no stock?

Excellent delivery from Mark (302) and Dean (652). Called beforehand and arrived exactly when they said. Took care in my home and friendly. Great job boys!

Good service however web site contract signing process was a little confusing towards the end.

Great location but expensive for what it is. Pictures look a lot better than the reality.
