Couldn’t wait to sell us solar panels even sent out a surveyor!
What started out well after a number of calls asking us do we want the offer we agreed then it just went down hill.
A date agreed for install then we got a call saying it wouldn’t be commissioned that day and they don’t have a date.
Then it went it we can’t do the install because you’ve an extension and it’s a safety issue (although my neighbours have them) so I suggested they get scaffolding to which they then wanted an extra grand and a reminder they had a surveyor out to the house. They also want to run the cables out through the porch it just got worse! The contract was stopped as I wasn’t paying a grand when it was on them and their mistake!
No the fun starts trying to get hold of after sales!!! I’d not waste my time I was close to telling them to keep the deposit!
Long story short these gougers want the handy installs! Swerve them biggest is not the best it’s the opposite!
Since then we got another company who nearly fell over when we showed them the cable runs these wanted to do.
Avoid don’t fall for the after sales and care bull because you won’t get them!

Delighted I picked these guys!!!
After deciding to get solar panels herself wanted the “big company” I won’t name them but they sell gas too’ they just wanted a sale unlike Rosa these guys were very professional they actually couldn’t believe the cable route the other company had planned and with that they went the hardest route possible but the neatest and most hidden and by no means easy!
So professional and their work speaks volumes since my install my neighbour has signed up as they too were so impressed with the workmanship “ no short cuts with these”.
From Christy to Dillon to the girls in the office start to finish it was made so easy for us they took care of everything.
I can’t recommend Rosa enough.
Don’t fall for these big companies and their sales ROSA all the way you will be delighted and won’t regret it.

Buying made EZ (pardon the pun) told mark in Naas what I was looking for and he pulled out the lot gave his views and showed his experience table bought and delighted with the service. Even helped with the price couldn’t ask for more!!

Just don’t touch their broadband! Oh our mini boxes bounce signal and help “that didn’t help” oh we can give you boosters “that doesn’t work either “ sham wifi just stay clear! Don’t get me started on customer service 30/40 min calls for answers! 2 wks waiting for a engineer call out to tell you what you know! Just swerve!

Ordered a product for Xmas nvr came! Requested a refund on 28/12/22 after emailing and 55mins on hold they said it be sorted! Still nothing of a refund swerve buying direct from these!!

Wasn’t expecting the delivery til next Wk super job gang much appreciated happy Christmas and stay safe!

Trying to buy Nike BW any time they go on sale! Usually 8am I had them in my basket submitted payment but where sold out literally after about 10 seconds!
They will tell you it’s luck of the draw etc but ur up against bot’s who bulk buy and sell on for profit!

Paid for a top in the shop (was out of stock all shops) had it at my door 10am nxt working you can’t ask more then that 👌🏻

I live in Dublin Ireland I ordered on a Monday had it on a Friday! Top service and top gear!

Ordered parts thinkin the usual Wk due to Covid they got to me within 2 days! Couldn’t ask for more will use again 100%!

Getting one star because I couldn’t give any less. Small vitality important package went through them ( an post would of doing it in 2/3 days) not this shower shambles!
Avoid at all cost!!!!
