6hrs later, an email received to say same-day service would not be honoured.

The business model is fraudulent. On each occasion I was charged more than the fare due.
The meter fare was €54. I was charged €70.
On another trip, the estimated fare was €18-€35. The meter was not used and the maximum was automatically charged, despite no traffic, delays, stops or other interruptions to the journey.
It is more the policy of a cartel than a reputable organisation

Ordering, delivery and collection was great. I decided to return the item and 2 weeks later Lifestyle are still to process the refund. Similar experiences in the past suggest this is part of their business model.

All fine but I was surprised that delivery took over a week.

After 3 great experiences with Crown & Paw we had no hesitation in placing another order. Unfortunately this experience has not been good. The item appears to be delayed in shipping, we've had no update for 12 days. The shipper has advised that Crown & Paw must progress this as the sender, rather than us as the recipient. Unfortunately Crown & Paw seem to have no interest in doing so, despite advice of UPS and indeed their own shipping guidance. Looks like a disappointment for Christmas.
[Update 22/12] still no delivery and Crown & Paw still refuse to engage the shipping company. We had to submit a chargeback

Great tyres and price. Unfortunately the opening times advertised for the fitting agents is incorrect and tyreleader customer service have no interest in ensuring it's accuracy (I specifically selected a fitting Centre listed as open on Saturday which proved not to be the case)

Excellent purchasing service but this is let down when it comes to returns made by post. There seems to be no automated system to issue refunds, frequently I have to follow up multiple times to chase a refund, using WhatsApp and email platforms which are unresponsive. This can take weeks not days to obtain a refund which at times has been for the incorrect amount. Maybe this is part of the business model?

Parcels are usually dumped on the footpath outside our house and the driver drives off, regardless whether we are home, answer the door or retrieve the parcel. This has resulted in items going missing in the past. We have tried to report this to Fastway but receive no response.

The service from Tyreleader was fine and their prices are very competitive. However, by using DPD as their delivery partner, there is very little chance of them meeting the 24hr/72hr delivery promise that is advertised.
The below reply states that Tyreleader do not have any influence over the carrier's operations, which is fair. However, they do have control over which carrier they select to partner with.

Highly unreliable. The parcel was dumped on our doorstep; this happens frequently and has resulted in a number of lost items. I would always look to avoid any purchase that is due to be delivered by fastway

My delivery is over a week late, there have been no tracking updates and Pro Direct refuse to chase this with the courier

Throughout the process JF Walsh appeared reluctant to communicate and did not appreciate parties making contact to progress the sale. This has been confirmed by other stakeholders involved.

Fraudulent. Similar to others, after 2 months I received a mini tripod when I ordered a projector.
Fortunately I got a refund through Visa Chargeback, I'd suggest you all do the same.

Made a purchase through Living Social which was promised for delivery by 5th December. 1 week later there is no sign of the item, there is no response by email and subsequently Living Social will not refund me until they have received contact from the Vendor. €30 stolen by the looks of it.

Non-delivery of a purchase made through Living Social of which the Vendor appears to have gone to ground. They are not replying to mine or Living Social's emails, however I am forced to wait the 3-day email response time over and over, as per other's experiences listed here.
On suggesting they might call the vendor I was told, "You can call them if you like". It's now 16 days since my purchase and the item is 7 days over due, I have been offered a credit to my living social wallet but a refund is being resisted as "we must follow the process", there is no willingness to assist me to a resolution.
Any mention of distance selling regulations is ignored and the chat closed.
I cannot risk any future purchases through Living Social after this experience.

The company have reneged on the returns information given to me by their representative at the time of purchase, leaving me with a shortfall of around £45. They have stopped replying to my correspondence, meaning I have to pursue legal avenues to get my money back. Do not Use
