I used Purplebricks to rent my property. They were so helpful throughout the whole process. Georgia Bragg (lettings partner) helped me with every stage and went out of her way to make sure the process ran as smoothly as possible, I would definitely recommend!

Not a great response in resolving the…
Not a great response in resolving the floor plan that had to be removed before the house could go on the market becasue for some reason Purplebricks decided to add an extra toilet downstairs with other wrong information in the plan. It took over a week to ‘correct it ‘ with no explanation yet received who was responsible to get it corrected in what timeframe, anyway …
After chasing chasing chasing , today. I was informed it had been resolved after a week waiting and it was now added to the advert.
I had not been provided the changed plan to approve it, and as I am away on holiday. Traveling, I have only just been able to log on to ensure what I was told was correct
No it is not, and it’s out there for all to see and judge the property awful layout
Why would there be a toilet, in a location there is no actual toilet ?
Why would the sink be in the wrong place?
Why would the shower be in the wrong place. ?
Becasue it’s purple bricks mismanaging a simple task and again getting it wrong.
Why would you have to rate a service with 1 star? There should be 0 star rating
Let’s hope the manager I spoke to today who advised it has been corrected actually gets it sorted this time I hope so. It’s my house for sale , putting out wrong information at a very crucial time of the house being marketed is not acceptable.
