I need a lost plaque replaced in a very short period of time while visiting Ottawa. The company and staff I dealt with were wonderful, everything was easy on line and extremely clear. I asked for their opinion on spacing etc., they gave me a very good solution and within two days I had the replacement plaque, more beautiful than the original delivered to my hotel by 24hr Purolator courier. The plaque was perfect and very reasonable, especially given the short time line.

You offer quality items, some of which are hard to locate elsewhere, at good prices. The items I have ordered and received have been delivered undamaged, as advertised, and usually ahead of schedule. I have had only very good experiences with your products and company to date and I look forward to further ordering in the future.

The customer service agent “Joe A” was fantastic and fixed my issue quickly, correctly, and professionally. I didn’t rate the company as 5 stars only because the online system contacted me, offered the chance to change the name on the tickets (I bought them as a present for my wife and daughter) but when I followed the directions the system was unable to allow me to make the change. After sending in a message, I received a message thanking me for asking for a ‘concert reminder’, not at all what I asked for in my written message. In the end it was the live person who figured it out and did it in a Five Star fashion - thanks Joe!
