What a joke of an airline. They lost my sons suitcase lied about it . Lied that they found it several times. My son medication was in the suitcase. They never phoned once. They tired to tell us not to call back.. this is a joke of an airline and a joke of customer service run by people that dont have a clue. Staff on planes amazing people . Staff in airport desk lovely people .. behind the senses a joke my 10 year old would do a better job.

Just had a fridge delivered by power city. By a rude driver with a serious attitude problem. And this is the customer service from power city. We put the old fridge in the garden to help for the delivery of the new fridge . I had to take the doors off to get it out of the house. Thought I was been helpful. The driver arrives dumps the new fridge in the house says I'm not taken that on doors off. I understood his reason why I said ill rap it and u could take it. He laughed said I'm not taken that and said good luck with that now and drove off. I phone customer service and got damien, a rude smug guy I very unhelpful person. Reading the reviews on here damien needs a course in customer service . I tired to explain with happened and got told it would be 24.99 to come back and get it. I asked why if he was already here and refused to take it. Then damien told me it would be another 60euro if the driver had to take the doors off. Rude service from start to finish. I would go with DID next or one of the others .

Very simple and easy website to use. Delivered when they said they would. Great prices and great value for money
