If I could put a minus it would be a massive -100!!!
Stay well clear from this company.
As previous reviews on this site says the quality is awful, the pattern doesn't even resemble the pictures on the webpage...but worst of all the ignorance of the customer service. I contacted them as I wanted ( and still want) to return them ASAP and get a refund as they say on their webpage the will refund within 30 days. I sent 2 email (in the same thread) before I got a reply. Their reply was: "I have noticed that several cases have been opened, which has resulted in multiple simultaneous email threads. To help us assist you more effeciently, we will close this thead and continue our conversation in the one I just repied to. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible. Best regards SNOX Rose, Customer Care Representative"
Where do I even start:
A) It was, and has always been, only 1 (one) thread!!!
B) No reply of any sort before OR after they shut me down!!!
C) Completely ghosted by the company so PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO PART FROM YOUR MONEY FOREVER!!!
Absolute sham of a company!!!!
