The transfers arrived in good time and were top quality,, easy to apply after reading the concise instruction. Left over nit as advised only to discover that they had been applied 90 degrees out!!
New set ordered mid morning which arrived next morning.( and are now applied correctly!!!).

Top quality well made gear every bit as good as, or better, than " big name" kit but at sensible prices. Couple this with an easy ordering system, on the ball deliveries, and one of the most helpful and friendly customer services means I won't be going anywhere else. Do yourself a favour next time your looking for bike gear, check them out.

First time using them but very efficient and items delivered sooner than expected in very secure packaging. Product itself appears well made and, so far, has been easy/enjoyable to work on. Slightly more detailed instructions would be good but not a show stopper. I'll happily use these guys again.

The website upgrade that was completed last year is absolutely dire and a major backward step on the previous version, particularly the search page. Previous contact with CAMC on this subject has been ignored.

I made a mistake when ordering greeting cards which I didn't discover until the cards arrived. After contacting Loxley and explaining my mistake they were not only sympathetic and supportive but also resolved the issue in record time. Technically they didn't need to (it was afterall my mistake) but chose to do so anyway as a token of goodwill.
I cannot reccommend them enough. Oh, and by the way, the quality of the product is incredible.

Extremely helpful , knowledgeable, and friendly staff who didn't hassle you the moment you walked in the store. Certainly will use this particuler store again.

We posted a review recently advising potential customers to make sure they ordered a sample before placing the blinds. We had ordered blinds without doing so and when they arrived they were not the colour we had expected. Since that time Blinds 2go have contacted us, sent samples, quoted a price for blinds in the colour we chose, credited the original order in full, and supplied replacement blinds in record time.
During all this time they have kept us well informed, and have been very helpful, polite, and professional.
Despite this shaky start (which was "technically" not their fault) There service and quality has been exemplary and we will have no hesitation in ordering future products from them.

Be careful when ordering. Although the blinds were delivered ahead of the delivery date given, and appear to be of good quality, they were not the right colour. Natural Pine had been ordered but the boxes were labelled Limestone and the colour bore absolutely no resemblance to the colour we had ordered. On contacting the company we were told that Limestone was the factory name for both colours and they were one and the same!
When we advised that the colour bore no resemblance to the website we were asked if we had ordered a sample before ordering the blinds.
Unfortunately we hadn't, thinking that a slight colour variation would be o.k. but never thinking that the colour would be so obviously and completely different!
Don't trust the colours in the website. Order a colour sample or, like us, you might end up with a houseful of blinds whose colour doesn't match properly. With no comeback against a company who isn't particularly interested in after sales service. Not having pre ordered a sample is their get out of jail card.

Quality of print excellent, packaging &delivery first class and completed in record time. Supremely easy on line ordering system.
