Amazing hot tub …

We have just purchased a Regal Dual Burn hot tub and it’s amazing . The whole process was smooth and when I rang check a few things about delivery , they were very helpful .
The chap who delivered was really helpful and went the extra mile getting it where I wanted it .
I would recommend getting the filtration system to prolong the water life , especially if you are on a water meter.
I would highly recommend buying a hot tub from them.

Staff there to Great us on arrival

Staff there to Great us on arrival , very friendly , informative and efficient . Showed us to the boat and given plenty of time to unpack and get organised . Being first timers we were given a driving lesson which was very useful and then allowed to go free. Great way to see the Broads at a leisurely pace. The boat was very well equipped with plenty of space . Would highly recommend

Great quality and great service from…

Great quality and great service from Laura, who is very knowledgable and kept in touch with us about delivery. We had an issue on delivery which was nothing to do with Authentic Furniture, but Laura dealt with it efficiently and ensured the problem was resolved. We are very happy with our purchase of two sofas and a footstool.

Sofa damaged in transit

The sofa they delivered was damaged in transit , the other one was damaged at their warehouse . Very very very poor service . They tried to ram the sofa through the door , had to tell them to take the feet off . I got distinct impression they didn’t care at all.

Very efficient and helpful staff from…

Very efficient and helpful staff from start to finish. Great price and the installation team were spot on. Recommend these guys to install a boiler system . Will definitely use them again
