I placed an order over two weeks ago and have received absolutely no updates. It turns out some of the items are out of stock, but the company never bothered to inform me. There is zero communication from their side. They offer no help to resolve the issue, they refuse to ship the remaining available items, and they haven't provided a refund. I highly advise shopping elsewhere.

I have got my car yesterday, damaged on the passenger front side corner! Even flash lights are scratched, paint completely taken off. Staff didn't coment anything on collection, told me to send email!
When leaving the parking i have noticed few cars park very close touching bambers and most already damaged with scratches, parhaps coincidently but on the same left hand side of front bamper.
Very rude, unprofessional drivers. THIS COMPAMY SHOULD NOT BE ADVERTISED ON RELIABLE WEBSITES EVER!!!

I have cancelled one item before the delivery was dispatch, it has been over 2 weeks, no refund provided so far. Called twice, was told to wait, normally all the shops processing this much quicker. Sink unit soft close is not actually soft closing! Drainer came with fittings that doesn't match and we had to get another to fix it. There is a big black scratch on the door unit from inside which took me ages to clean it off, still visible though.

Sample coming in a stylish box with catalog and price list, very easy to order and track. Worktop delivered next day with two men, who carried it and left where I asked them. Staff are happy to answer any questions over the phone and via email. Great product for reasonable price!
