So, although the product it’s self was no good for me (or my hubby) the customer service was excellent 👍- hence the 5 stars.
The product - you can smell the tree oil strongly and it’s oilly - none of this is a bad thing. Unfortunately I believe it made my face issue worse, aggravating it more 😞 and my hubby said it made no difference to his at all!
Customer service- was excellent! No problem contacting them, quick response and money back as promised- in my opinion this goes a long way.
This product is not cheap but if it works for you, as it has done for many, it would be worth it - this time it didn’t, shame 😢

The gent was extremely helpful with my questions before renewing.

Absolute joke - 2.5wks to deliver an item as the first one mysteriously disappeared in true yodel style! Not the first time I’ve had items go “missing” Obviously someone fancied an air fryer this time!
Selby Yodel needs to investigate their staff when this happens - it’s really not on thieving someone’s hard earned item (at a cost to the original product provider who had to send another one)

Ordered 6 straps (2 sets on offer) and only received 3 (the cheaper ones)
These things happen BUT I have spent 2 weeks trying to get hold of someone to try sort this out and had NO response at all!
I’ve sent 3 emails, called on phone and used FB messenger to try to reach out and had no contact back! Next step is the bank today, for fraud ! SO disappointed in this company- which I’ve used in the past and thought I could trust 😞

Overall, I’ve had a positive experience with Too good to go
My latest pick up from COOPLANDS was great - cream cakes, pastries, sausage rolls, a truffle and bread - good selection 😊👍

Did a lot of research before buying this product and it hasn’t disappointed 👍
Clothes dried in a quarter of the time and no smelly damp room smells - perfect 👍
Looks nice and modern and really not that loud! - I don’t think it would be a problem if it was in the room with us
Easy to fit filter, use the product and empty the tank. Would definitely recommend *****

Always so friendly and helpful, if the need arises to have to speak to someone. They know their stuff (a rarity these days!) and the app is SO easy to use.

Don't need a repair often but the last two times, the same engineer - George, has arrived. He knows his stuff, is efficient, polite and talks to you! LOL . Great job again and although I don't want another breakdown, I know if I need a repair, I can trust 0800repair to do it.

Although waiting nearly a week for an appointment, there was great communication leading up to the appointment, from both the call center and engineer (the night before). George (engineer) was polite, informative and very pleasant.
There apparently wasn't anything wrong with washer after all! However, it was good to know ''why'' it had done what it did and how to stop it happen again.

Although initially confused as to WHY the ladies air jackets weren't with the ladies gear (yep go figure! Lol ) and we nearly left with nothing, I was suitably impressed by the end of our visit 😊
The assistants were polite and helpful (when asked) and I got sorted with a perfect fit air jkt.
Still not the biggest range for ladies, in comparison to gents, but that's quite normal unfortunately. Would definitely return 😀

We have used Sentinel several times and find them efficient, professional and helpful.
Would recommend them every time.
