We are sorry to read that you have had a bad experience with us.

However, we would like to clarify the course of events. You approved troubleshooting on the bike, but later chose to pick up the bike in the middle of the process, before the workshop had the opportunity to complete the work.

As part of the troubleshooting, it was necessary to remove certain parts in order to access the motor and investigate the issue properly. The bike came in with a fault and was collected while it was still being inspected and therefore with parts removed.

We understand that it can be frustrating when a bike is not working, but it is not possible for us to complete troubleshooting or assemble the bike correctly if it is collected in the middle of the process.
