Product was as requested and the price good for me medium ish. Delivery was very prompt and it fits as needed. Too early to see if it does the job really well so far being pleased.

The call was answered with little delay. My subject was dealt with in a focused manner at all times I was advised to the action being taken. After a short while the issues was resolved and I was able to use my card with confidence.

I was a bit sceptical at first but the bike came quicker than I expected it was well packed no damage done.
Out of the box it was put together as quick as I wanted. There was an issue but this is being resolved. The bike is well made quality materials and as I followed the video it was easy to put together. Works really well look forward to more hours on the bike it was really quiet and the speakers on the screen was loud enough. I love the fact it can mirror all on my iPhone or iPad. Looking forward to trying out the app and maybe a membership soon.

Arrived promptly love the colour and fits well. Washes great and retains shape no issues so far.

Booked with Crystal in the past so was happy to rebook again all my needs were taken care of the flight from the UK to the slopes of France.My accommodation was fine as used it in the past the Reps kept me informed during the stay and the return journey was no problem. The cost suited my needs. I would like to pay less for a single accommodation.

Advised where to go although I have used the park in the past. Met by a member of staff polite and given my return ticket. On my arrival to pick up advised where the car was. Car was not damaged. Good all was prompt no issues of note.

Driver was on hand as we left arrival gate. Assisted my wife with her bag confirmed our address to be dropped off. Gave us some pointers for the duration of our stay in Malta

Ordered a Taxi paid for it and when I arrived at the airport on 24 June no one attended. This is even after being sent a confirmation that all is organised. After waiting and arguing the point when no paper work was found(I had mine) I was eventually given transport for my journey. For my return journey to the airport I called four days and was assured that all is in order and my booking will be fine. Come the day no Taxi. Rang at the time it was due after waiting for 30 mins. A local taxi was sent no explanation given for the delay or why? Won't be using again despite great service in the past. Something has changed.

The hotel was very good for solo travel. All my equipment was organised as discussed. The transfer to the resort was ok.During my stay the rep was in good contact incase needed. Due to the on going problems with the traffic jams on change over day my flight was missed but I was allocated a later flight that day.

Item sent promptly arrived safely no thanks to the delivery man. Fit well as I am short. It wears well and is fairly warm considering the weather we have been having so far. First wash coming up dont expect problems as I have previous pair.

Surprised at the quality so far fits well have not worn it out yet but looking forward to testing the warmth of the clothing. Arrived promptly over the Xmas period which again is a surprise.

Various and mixed results. Transfer to the Airport excellent driver on time cab was clean and well maintained. Arrived at airport in good time. On Arrival in Vienna I have the greatest sympathy for the meet and greet she was surrounded.Titan could have helped themselves by having several people checking the names off. Great accommodation, food during week was excellent. Drinks worth while package. Bar area friendly. Entertainment not really my style but ok. The best night was the Opera Fantastic. Tours off the ship with a guide worthwhile but be patient. Katarina best guide. On my personal experience the departure was well handled and everyone got to the airport safely. On the whole would use them again. Not a fan of the Cruise Director he came across very cold and full of himself.

I was able to view the Crystal web site easily and view and book the holiday that I needed for a single person in 2024.

It was a great experience. All details retained from previous use. Quotes given were reasonable and duly noted. Easy to use the Web site. There appears to be some insurers missing from the site this I expect is by choice. No issues for me to deal with.

From the boooking to the flight and the transfer it was all taken care of by Crystal. I personally had no issue apart from the return journey when we had to stay in the cold for 30 min waiting for the bus.

Had a great experience when i used the park and Valet car parking. My car was taken care of from when I left it to when I asked for an early return to the UK it was waiting for me on my return. Only downfall was whoever used it to be moved was tiny and could have put the car controls back to a semi normal position for the customer.

Bought a pair of ski pants fits well as I always have problem with my height. Arrived promptly and in one piece. Going to try it on the slopes shortly.

My experience with Sports Pursuit is good I have used it for years the service is always prompt. The Jacket was spot on and very well made. The shirt was a bit tight for me using the size guide it means I will just use it as base layer. Material and making of the goods were great also.

Walking shoes fitted well and just the right room for socks. Appears to be waterproof so far. Does not require a lot of breaking in.Feels comfortable and it was delivered in good time.
