The scratch card was for a free blanket but nothing populated in the cart; when I added one, it did not come off. Disappointed. Looking forward to our order.

I needed a simple invoice that had my start and end dates I prepaid (annual pay). I explained the automated invoice did not have that. I was sent the same invoice in my agent chat experience. Very disappointing experience.

Made the purchase after several unsuccessful attempts to get a response from the vendor and your support. Very unimpressed with your sales process.

This is my first time using TeePublic. I am an American that lives in the Netherlands. It was incredibly easy...and I was able to be supplied from the EU. I ordered on Friday and received the shipment on Tuesday. And the awesome customer service made it all the better. Our dogs passed away in May and July of this year and we wanted an engraved plaque for each of their wooden urn boxes. We went a company at our local mall, but they did not have the design in stock and they were also so very expensive. We came across the Mainely Urns website and loved the design choices and font choices. When we received them in the mail, we were not disappointed in the final product quality and were impressed with the turnaround. Great products, fast turnaround, at a fair price.
